Dasigaon Farmers Producer Company Limited

We are based in Kalahandi, specifically at Bhejipadadasigaon. Our group goes by the name Dasigaon Farmers Producer Company Limited. Plot No-1407/2846 is where we keep our documents and hold our little meetings. It is not a fancy corporate office or anything like that, just a plain spot for local farmers to get together and organize things. Mostly we are dealing with what grows in the fields around here. Usually, someone might be around during the daytime, but for the most part, we are all out working on our own plots. The soil in this part of Kalahandi is what we know best. We started this group because doing everything alone was getting too expensive with the rising costs of seeds and tools. Now we try to pool what we have. It is a bit of a slow process to get everyone on the same page, but we manage to get it done. Some days are much busier than others, especially when the harvest time finally comes around. People in the village just know us as the local producer group. We don't have a marketing team or big advertisements. We are just some folks from Dasigaon trying to make a living from the land we've always had. If you happen to come by the plot, you might see us sorting crops or just talking about the upcoming weather. It is pretty straightforward and honest. We grow what we can and try to get a fair deal for our work.
