Kusum Export

Kusum Export is tucked away in the PWD Colony, at number 117/3. It’s a quiet area, mostly residential feel but with some businesses mixed in. We’ve been here long enough that the postman knows us by name. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves and a couple of old desks. We handle exports, which means a lot of waiting for trucks and checking boxes. Sometimes the electricity cuts out in the afternoon, so we just take a break and sit outside for a bit. It’s a simple way of working. We don't have a big HR department or fancy meetings. If something needs fixing, one of us just fixes it. The space is a bit cramped because we keep samples of everything we send out. You might trip over a crate if you aren't careful. We like being in the colony because it's not as chaotic as the main markets. It feels like home even though we're working. We spend our mornings responding to emails and the afternoons packing stuff up. My cousin helps out sometimes when things get busy. We don’t do much advertising; people usually find us because they know someone who worked with us before. It’s just a small family-run kind of setup. We keep the gate closed mostly, but the door is always open if you’re looking for someone from Kusum Export. It's just how we do things.
