Kushal Exim (India)

We’ve been at the Poonam building for a while now, specifically on the third floor. If you're looking for us in Sardarpura, we're on 3rd C Road. It’s a busy spot, and sometimes the stairs are a bit much, but we make it work. Most days it’s just us handling shipments and checking paperwork at our desks. Kushal Exim (India) isn't a huge operation with fancy lobbies or anything. It’s just a practical office where things get done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. The sun hits the windows pretty hard in the afternoons, so we keep the blinds down mostly. People come by to drop off documents or chat about exports. We know the neighbors in the building. It’s a bit of a maze getting up to the 2nd floor part of the address, but once you’re here, it’s quiet enough to focus. We handle a lot of the logistical stuff that people don't really see. There are piles of folders everywhere, and the coffee machine is usually running. We aren't trying to be something we're not. It’s just a place where we do our daily business. We've seen the neighborhood change over the years. Sardarpura has gotten noisier, but our little corner stays the same. We just keep our heads down and deal with whatever orders come in that day. It's regular work for regular people, nothing more.
