You can find Indo Art & Sign over near Latiyal Vatika, which is pretty close to Pal Balaji. It is a good landmark to tell people when they are trying to find us for the first time. The shop is usually smelling like fresh paint or vinyl adhesive, which I guess I have just gotten used to over the years. We spend a lot of time hunched over tables cutting out letters or trying to get the colors just right on a new sign. It is a lot of manual work, even with the machines we have. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to sit and wait, but usually, we are busy from the moment we open up. We see a lot of local business owners coming through the door wanting something for their storefronts. It’s nice to walk around the neighborhood and see the stuff we made hanging up on the walls or over the doors. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just a few of us here doing the actual labor. The space gets a bit crowded when we have a big project going on, with boards leaning against every wall. It’s a bit chaotic at times, but we know where everything is. If you stop by, you'll probably see us covered in a bit of ink or holding a squeegee. It’s a messy job but we’ve been at it for a long time.
