Grand Ig Caterers

Grand Ig Caterers is located at Shop No. 9 in Nandpuri. We are over near Syed Ka Gatta in the Malviya Nagar area. It’s kind of an interesting spot because the address lists both Jaipur and Jodhpur, but we are right there in the local neighborhood. The shop is where we do all our prep and planning for the different jobs we take on. It’s not a big corporate kitchen, just a practical space where the cooking and organizing happen. We spend most of our mornings getting things ready for the day. You can usually smell what’s cooking if you walk past Nandpuri early enough in the day. We aren't into big advertising or anything like that. Most people know us because they’ve seen us at local gatherings or someone told them about us. The area around Syed Ka Gatta is always busy with people. We have a small crew that handles the food and the service at the events. It’s hard work, standing on your feet all day in the heat, but that’s just the catering life. We keep our equipment in the back and the front is where we talk to customers about their menus. There’s always a list of ingredients to buy or new recipes to figure out. We don’t use fancy words to describe what we do. We just make food and bring it to where it needs to go. Sometimes things get hectic, especially on weekends, but we just keep moving.
