Bobby Food Plaza

Bobby Food Plaza has been sitting here on Chopasni Road for quite a bit now. We are right across from the Housing Board Office, so a lot of people from the offices come by for a quick bite during their lunch breaks. It’s a straightforward kind of place at 12/1 in the housing board area of Jodhpur. We didn't plan on making it anything too big, just a spot where you can sit down and eat. The traffic outside can get pretty noisy, but once you’re inside, it’s mostly just the sound of the fans and people talking. We keep things pretty relaxed here. Sometimes the floor is a bit dusty because of the road outside, but we clean up when we get a second. It’s just me and a few others running the place every day from morning till late evening. We don't have a massive menu with a hundred things on it, just stuff we are used to making. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but our little corner here has stayed mostly the same. It’s not a fancy dining hall. It’s just a place to grab some food when you’re hungry and in a hurry. We appreciate the people who keep coming back after all this time. It’s just how we make a living, and we’re glad to be a part of the local scene here.
