Shree Vilas Dining Royale

Our place is at 854 in Jodhpur, right near the Sati Mata Temple. It is a very quiet part of the city compared to the main markets. Having the SBBJ ATM right next to us makes it easy for people to find the building. We are a dining royale, but don't let the name make you think it is a palace. It is just a comfortable room where we serve meals. The temple nearby brings a lot of people to this street, and they often stop in after they finish their prayers. Jodhpur is known for being very hot, so we try to keep the inside as cool as we can with the windows and fans. We don't have a big corporate office or anything. Everything is managed right here from the front desk. The kitchen is small but we keep it very busy. We use simple ingredients that we buy from the local vendors nearby. The floor is made of stone and the walls have a few simple pictures on them. We don't spend money on fancy lights or soft music. It is just a place for a solid meal. We see a lot of families coming in on the weekends. Working here means seeing the same people every week, which is nice. We just keep doing what we do every day without much fuss.
