Auntys Pizza

We've been here at Mahindra Complex on Chopasni Road for a while now. If you know the Bombay Motor Circle area, you've probably seen us around. It’s a busy spot in Jodhpur, and things get pretty hectic in the kitchen especially when the dinner rush starts. We just make pizzas. It isn't complicated. Usually, one of us is busy prep-ing dough in the morning while someone else checks the oven. The shop isn't huge, but it works for what we do. We try to keep the counters clean and the cheese stocked up. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it's quiet enough to actually sit down for a minute. Most people just stop by because they're already on Chopasni Road doing errands. We see the same faces from the neighborhood all the time, which is nice. It’s mostly just us trying to get the orders right and making sure the crust isn't burnt. Jodhpur heat can be something else, but we keep the fans going. It’s a straightforward job. We open up, get the toppings ready, and start baking. There’s always flour on someone's apron by midday. We don't have a big fancy team or anything, just a few people who know how to work the oven. It’s just how we run things here. Nothing too special, just a pizza place near the circle. We just keep our heads down and work through the orders one by one.
