If you are driving down Chopasni Road in Jodhpur, you'll find us near the Umrao Khan Petrol Pump. We are right by Bombay Motors. It's a dusty part of town sometimes, but very lively. Jodhpur is always hot, so we try to keep things as comfortable as we can inside. Roti Boti Food Plaza is just a place where we cook and serve. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We just want to make sure the food is ready when people show up hungry. The location is pretty convenient for people getting fuel or fixing their cars nearby. We see a lot of travelers passing through Jodhpur on their way to other places. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the demand, especially in the evenings. We’ve been at this address for a good while. The staff is just a few local guys who know the area well.
