Agarwal Chat Corner

You can find Agarwal Chat Corner right across from Rani Ji Ka Mandir on B Road in Sardarpura. We’re at Plot Number 32. It’s a pretty well-known spot because of the temple. People come for prayers and then stop by our place for a bite. It’s a small corner, just like the name says. We don't have a lot of seating, so most folks just stand and eat or take their food with them in a bag. It gets really crowded in the evenings. That’s when the street really comes alive with people and noise. We’ve been here serving chat for years. It’s a family thing, really. We all pitch in when it gets busy. There isn’t a fancy menu or anything special. We just do what we’ve always done. The ingredients come in fresh every morning. We do all the prep work ourselves in the back. It’s noisy and loud on B Road, but we like it that way. It feels like the heart of the city. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult, but we manage to stay open. We don't bother with fancy decorations or expensive lights. The food is what people come for. We see kids growing up and then eventually bringing their own kids here. It’s nice to be part of the community like that. Just a simple chat shop doing its thing day after day, keeping people fed and happy in Sardarpura.
