St. Anthonys High School

St. Anthonys High School is located at 17 A in the Khasmahal area. We are right here in Tatanagar, Jamshedpur, which is a place known for its industrial roots. Our school has been a part of this landscape for many years, serving the families living in the 831002 area. The school building is quite old and has a lot of history to it. We have several floors with classrooms for the older kids and the younger ones too. It gets very busy during the morning rush when the buses and rickshaws arrive at our gates. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or glossy brochures. Most of what we do is just the day-to-day work of teaching and managing the grounds. The courtyard is where the students gather for their assemblies and lunch breaks. It’s a noisy, lively place when school is in session. We have a small staff that looks after the administration and the maintenance of the halls. Some parts of the building could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s a functional space that works for us. We know most of the people around Khasmahal because they either went here themselves or have kids who do. It’s a very grounded kind of school, focused on the basics and being a reliable part of the Tatanagar community. We just keep doing what we’ve been doing for years.
