Kiran Memorial School

Our school is right in the Adarsh Nagar area of Mango, which is a busy part of Jamshedpur. If you know the neighborhood, you probably pass us quite often. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze on the streets around here, especially when school starts and ends for the day. We have been operating in this spot for a good while. The building isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but inside we have the usual rooms for the kids and a small area where they can run around. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with all the traffic nearby, but we are used to it by now. The teachers here mostly live close by, so we see each other at the market too. We don't have a big fancy gate or anything, just a regular entrance that everyone knows. During the rainy season, the lanes around Mango can get a bit messy, but the students still show up on time. We spend a lot of our time making sure the kids have their books and the blackboards are clean. It’s a straightforward setup. No one here is trying to be anything we aren't. We just open the doors in the morning, teach the lessons, and go home when the sun sets. It feels like a small family because we’ve seen these kids grow up year after year.
