Our place is over in Jamshedpur, specifically in the Adityapur area. We’re located at C-32 in Nishant Vihar. It’s a bit of a residential colony, so it’s quieter than the main industrial zones of the city. We’ve been using this address for our Lafarge India Pvt Ltd operations for some time now. It’s a practical location for us to manage things without all the noise of the bigger factories. Inside, it’s just a regular office setup. We have our desks, our computers, and piles of papers that never seem to go away. We spend the day tracking shipments and making sure the local dealers have what they need. Jamshedpur is a city built on industry, so we fit right in, even if we are in a quieter pocket like Nishant Vihar. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big lobby. Usually, people just knock on the door and come in to discuss business. It’s an informal atmosphere, and we like it that way. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation; we just want to do our jobs well and go home at the end of the day. The heat in the summer can be tough, and the power cuts happen, but we just work around it. It’s a steady kind of life here, and we’re just one small part of the bigger picture in the city's construction scene. It works well enough for what we need. We've seen a lot of changes in Adityapur lately, but our office stays pretty much the same.
