This is the Chaibasa Cement Works location in East Singhbhum, Jharkhand. We’re over at Quarter Number Jsq-32, which is where the main operations and staff are centered. Jharkhand is a place that knows its industry, and we’re a big part of that history here. The plant at Chaibasa is where all the heavy lifting happens. It’s not a glamorous place to work. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or a bunch of slogans on the walls. We just know that the cement has to be made and it has to be good. The work starts early and goes late. Being out in East Singhbhum means we’re a bit away from the big cities, but we like the pace of life here. It’s honest work for honest pay.
