Living and working in West Singhbhum means you get used to the surroundings of the plant pretty quickly. At Acc Ltd., we are basically just a group of people keeping the gears turning in this corner of Jharkhand. It’s a workplace that feels very tied to the local land. We spend our hours managing the tasks that come across the desk, whether it's checking on logistics or just handling the mail. It is not some high-rise glass building; it is a real place with dust on the windows and people who know each other by name. We don't really have a fancy philosophy or anything like that. We just show up every morning and try to get through the day's list. Sometimes the weather is hot, and sometimes the rain makes everything a bit slower, but the work stays the same. The address is easy enough to find if you're familiar with the cement works layout. We have been here long enough that the routine is second nature.
