D. Barokar Agro Producer Company Limited

Our office is located at House No. 311 in Pathar Deolgaon. It’s out in the Badnapur area of Jalna district. We’ve lived here all our lives, so setting up D. Barokar Agro felt like a natural step for us. It’s a small building, and we don't have much in the way of fancy furniture. Just some tables and chairs where we sit down and talk about the crops. Mostly, we’re focused on how to get the local produce out to the markets without losing too much in the process. Jalna is a tough place to farm sometimes, with the weather being so unpredictable. We spend a lot of time just chatting with the neighbors about what they’re planting and what they need. It’s not a formal business environment. If you come by H. No. 311, you might find us drinking tea and looking over some paperwork. We try to keep things simple. We buy from the local farmers and find the best places to sell. There are always challenges, like transport breaking down or prices dropping suddenly, but we manage. We’re just a bunch of people trying to make a living and help the other farmers in Pathar Deolgaon do the same. It’s not about being the biggest; it’s just about being there for each other and keeping the farm work going as best as we can. We just do our bit.
