H. No. 51/3 in Devgaon Tandabadnapur is where you will find us. Marathwada Herbal Agro Private Limited started because we are right in the heart of the Marathwada region and herbs and agro products are what people know best around here. Badnapur isn't a huge place, so everyone kind of knows where House Number 51/3 is located. The building is quite simple and we use it for both storage and our office work. It’s mostly dusty roads around here, especially when the tractors go by during the harvest season. We have a small group of people working here in the office. Most of us grew up in this area or the next village over. We don’t really use fancy language or have big official titles. We just show up in the morning, see what needs to be packed or shipped, and get to it. The electricity goes off sometimes during the day, so we have to plan our work around that. It’s just how things are in this part of the state. We talk a lot about the crops and the rains because that’s what really matters for an agro business like ours. If the rain is good, we stay very busy. If not, things get a bit slow. We don’t have a website that’s updated every day or anything like that. We mostly deal with people we’ve known for years. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy.
