Shramik Agrotech Producer Company Limited

Our office is at House Number 12 in Wadi Shiradhon. That is in the Ambad area of Jalna district. We are right in the middle of a rural setting, which is exactly where an agrotech company should be. Shramik means labor, and that’s a big part of our identity. We focus on the hard work that goes into farming and technology. The office is just a simple building in the village. We don't have air conditioning or fancy furniture. Usually, there are a few of us sitting around a wooden table talking about the next harvest or some new equipment. Jalna is known for its agriculture, so we have a lot of neighbors doing the same kind of work. We aren't trying to be some high-tech startup from the city. We are local people who understand the soil here. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to stop for a bit, but that’s just life in the village. We do our best to help the local farmers get what they need. It’s a lot of face-to-face talk and walking through the fields. We don't use big words or have complicated plans. We just take it one day at a time and try to be useful to the people around us. It’s a simple life and a simple business, honestly. There is always something to do with the tools and the crops.
