Indalkar Agro Producer Company Limited is based out of Bondhalpuri in the Ghansawangi area of Jalna. Our office is located at House Number 311. Being a producer company means we are all about the farmers in this local area. We don't have a fancy office with glass walls or air conditioning that always works. It is mostly just a room with some chairs and a lot of ledgers. In Bondhalpuri, everyone knows their neighbor, so we don't need to do much advertising. We just work hard and try to get the best results for the people in our group. The crops change with the seasons, so our work changes too. Some months are incredibly busy when the harvest comes in, and we are working from dawn until way past dark. Other times it is a bit quieter, and we spend our time planning for the next planting season. The roads around here can get pretty muddy when it rains, making it hard for the trucks to get through, but we manage. We aren't trying to be some big multinational corporation.
