Mehta Agro Agency is tucked right into that spot at Bejo Sheetal Corner on Mantha Road. If you know the area, you know that corner gets pretty lively during the planting season. We’ve been operating from here for a good while, helping out the local farmers with whatever they need for their fields. It’s mostly seeds, fertilizers, and that sort of stuff. To be honest, the shop is usually covered in a bit of red dust from the road, but we don't mind it much. It shows we’re working. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation. It’s just a local agency where you can come in and have a chat about how the rains are looking this year. Sometimes the tea guy from next door brings over a few cups and we just sit and talk shop. It’s a practical kind of place. We keep track of everything in big ledgers and try to make sure we don't run out of the basics when everyone needs them at once. Mantha Road is a good place for us because it’s easy for the tractors to pull up right outside. We’ve seen the seasons change many times from this very desk. It’s hard work, especially when the heat picks up, but it’s what we know. We aren't into big promises, just getting the supplies out to the people who are actually growing the food. It’s just a regular business doing regular things.
