Dungaon Dargah Agro Producer Company Limited

Down here in Dongaon, we’ve got our office at House 312. People around here call the area Dungaon Dargah. It’s a small place in the Jalna district. We started this producer company because it was getting hard to manage everything as individuals. There’s a group of us who handle the day-to-day things. We aren't professional managers, just people who have been around farms our whole lives. The house is where we keep all the files and meet up when there’s a problem to solve. Sometimes we have to go out to the fields to check on the progress of the crops. It’s pretty quiet in this part of 431204 unless it’s harvest time. Then everything gets very hectic and we barely sleep. We don’t use a lot of big words or have meetings that last all day for no reason. We just talk about what needs to be sold and how we can get a better deal for everyone. It’s straightforward work. The address is easy to find if you’re from around here. We’ve had some tough years with the water, so we try to help each other out whenever we can. That’s the whole point of being a producer company. It’s not about making a huge profit, just surviving and keeping the land going. We do what we can with what we have.
