We are basically a group of farmers who got together to make things a little easier for ourselves. Living in a small place like Dhalaskheda means we are very connected to the land. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy building. Most of our work happens right in the fields or in the small space we use for meetings. We talk about seeds, fertilizer, and the price of grain. It is a quiet life for the most part, except when it is time to harvest. Then everyone is busy and there is a lot of noise and movement. We help each other out with equipment and advice. Sometimes the rain doesn't come when we need it, and other times it comes too much. That is just how farming is in Maharashtra. We keep our records in a simple way and try to make sure every member of our group gets a fair deal. It is not about becoming famous or anything like that.
