Reliable Pahunchar Restaurant

Our place is right there on the first floor of Bajaj Complex, which is pretty easy to find since it’s so close to the Chalisgaon bus stand. We’ve been serving food here for some time now, mostly to people coming off the buses or locals walking by the signal point. It gets noisy outside with all the traffic on Bus Stand Road, but inside it’s just us doing our thing. The restaurant isn't huge, but it fits enough people who want a quick meal before they head out again. We spend most of our mornings getting the kitchen ready and making sure the tables are wiped down. Working in Chalisgaon means you meet all sorts of travelers. Some are just passing through Jalgaon, and others live right around the corner. We don't do anything too fancy here. It's just regular food for regular people. Sometimes the stairs up to the first floor feel a bit steep after a long day, but that’s just how the building is. We try to keep things simple and honest. You won't find any complicated menus here, just the stuff we know how to make well. It's a family-run kind of vibe, and we all pitch in where needed. If you’re near the signal point and feeling hungry, you’ll probably see our sign. We're usually around from early morning until the last bus crowds thin out. It is how we spend our days and nights.
