Our small shop is Gayatri Bhojnalay, and you’ll find us at Shop No. 4 on Railway Station Road in Pachora. We are right across from the Mahatma Gandhi Library, which is a nice quiet spot in an otherwise busy area. Shivaji Chowk is also just around the corner from us. Being so close to the railway station means we see a lot of people who are just getting off a train or waiting for their next one. It’s a busy life here in Jalgaon. We aren't a big restaurant, just a simple place for a meal. We spend a lot of our time in the kitchen, making sure everything is ready for the lunch and dinner times. The street outside is always full of people, and sometimes the noise from the station reaches all the way to us. We’ve been here for years, and we’ve seen the town change quite a bit as time goes on. But our little shop stays pretty much the same. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. We just want to make sure people have a place to eat when they are near the station. It’s practical work, and it keeps us busy from morning until night. If you’re ever near the library or heading to the station, you’ll see our sign. It’s just a regular local business run by people who live right here in Pachora. We just do our best every day.
