Bhole Restaurant

Jalgaon gets quite hot in the summer months, and our spot at MIDC plot number 50 is usually filled with people looking to get out of the sun for a bit. Being near Godavari Engineering College and right on NH 6 means we see a lot of different faces every single day. We have students coming in groups between their classes and truck drivers stopping while they are passing through on the highway. The place isn't very large, so during the afternoon lunch hour, it can get pretty crowded and loud. We try to keep the fans running at full speed to keep everyone as cool as possible. Most people just want a thali or a quick plate of snacks so they can get back to their work or studies. We have been here in the MIDC area for some time now and have seen the buildings grow up around us. The kitchen stays busy from morning until late evening with various orders. It is a straightforward setup with no frills or fancy menus to look at. We serve what people like to eat every day without making a big deal out of it. Sometimes the service is a little bit slow when the student rush hits all at once, but we do what we can to keep up. It’s just a regular restaurant where you can get a decent meal without spending too much money while you are traveling along the highway or working in the industrial zone.
