Murli Manohar Restaurant is situated in the MIDC area of Jalgaon. We are specifically at Ajanta Choufuli, which is a place where a lot of roads meet. Being in the industrial zone means we see a lot of workers and people who have business in the factories nearby. It is a very busy part of Jalgaon. The air is often thick with the sound of trucks and machinery from the surrounding units. We started this restaurant to serve the people who are here all day for work. It is a practical place. People come in, eat their lunch or dinner, and get back to what they were doing. We don't have any decorative stuff hanging around, just the basics that a restaurant needs to function. The seating is sturdy because it gets a lot of use every single day. Ajanta Choufuli is a landmark that most people in Jalgaon know well, so finding us isn't usually a problem. We focus on keeping the kitchen running smoothly so the food is ready when the lunch break starts for the MIDC workers. It can get very hot in Jalgaon, so the fans are always running at full speed. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while and we know the local routine. It is a simple life running a business in an industrial area but we keep showing up.
