Nirmal Pure Veg Restaurant

Out here in Pachora, on Bhadgaon Road, we’ve been running Nirmal Pure Veg Restaurant for the local crowd. It is a straightforward kind of place where you can sit down and have a meal without any distractions. We don’t have air conditioning or fancy lights, just some sturdy tables and chairs and the smell of fresh food coming from the back. Jalgaon can get really hot, so we make sure the water is always cold for whoever walks in. We get a lot of farmers and shopkeepers from around the area during the lunch break. Most people just want a plate of dal, rice, and some vegetables that taste like they were made in a real kitchen. We buy our produce from the local market every morning to make sure things are fresh. My cousin helps out with the accounts and I usually stay near the counter or help out in the kitchen when it gets really packed. It’s a humble business, nothing too big. We’ve had the same cook for years and he knows exactly how the locals like their spices. Sometimes we run out of a certain dish before the day ends, but that just means it was good. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. It’s just a veg place for the people who live and work around here. We just focus on keeping the plates moving and the kitchen clean throughout the long day.
