Chandralok Chinese Khajana

Chandralok Chinese Khajana is located on Bhadgaon Road in Pachora. We are very close to Yogini Dairy, which is a big landmark around here. Pachora is a small town in Jalgaon, so news travels fast by word of mouth. We don't have a big advertising plan. We just opened this place because we liked cooking Chinese food and there weren't many options nearby. It’s a small shop. The kitchen is right there and you can hear the sounds of the pans all evening. It gets quite hot inside when we are busy. We have a few small tables, but many people just stand or take their food away. The road outside is busy with tractors and motorcycles. We get our vegetables from the local market every morning. We don't use any pre-packed stuff if we can help it. It’s just a few of us working together. We don't have a computer for bills, we just use a pen and paper to keep track. The sign above the door has been there since we started. It’s a bit dusty because of the road, but people still find us. We open in the late afternoon and stay open until the food runs out. It’s a simple way to work. We like the people in Pachora. They are regular folks who want a quick meal after a long day. We don't try to be anything fancy. We just keep the woks moving and the lights on.
