Out here on National Highway No 6 in Jalgaon, things move pretty fast. We are located right near the ITI College in Jilha Peth. A lot of students stop by when they have breaks between their classes. It’s a basic setup we have. We don’t have fancy decorations or anything like that. The main thing is just keeping the kitchen running smoothly. The highway brings in all sorts of people, from truck drivers to families on road trips. It gets dusty outside because of the road work and the traffic, so we spend a lot of time sweeping the front. We’ve been at this address for some time now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The morning starts with getting the stove going and prepping the ingredients for the day. Sometimes it’s quiet in the afternoons, but then it picks up again in the evening. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in town. We just want to make sure the food is hot and people have a place to sit for a bit. Our staff is local, and we all just do our jobs without much fuss. It's a practical business. If you are heading past the college or driving down the highway, you’ll find us right there. We just keep our heads down and work. We aren't doing anything special, just running a restaurant.
