Cafe Express

We are over on Plot No 18 at A Shikshak Wadi, right on the Ring Road in Jalgaon. If you look across the street, you’ll see the Jalgaon People Bank. It’s a dusty part of town because of all the trucks and cars passing by on the main road all day. We spend a good chunk of our morning just wiping the dust off the counters and chairs so they are clean for the customers. The cafe is a straightforward place. We don't have any expensive art on the walls or soft leather sofas. It’s just basic stuff that works for a quick stop when you are on the move. Most of our regulars are bank employees or people living in the Shikshak Wadi neighborhood. We know most of them by name and usually remember what they like to order. Sometimes we run out of certain items because the delivery truck was late, and we just have to tell people we don't have it today. That's just how it goes for us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or fancy promises. We just make sure the lights are on and the floor is swept. Running a business on the Ring Road means you see a lot of different people passing through, and we just try to get their orders right without making too much of a fuss.
