Pakwan Palace

Pakwan Palace is located on MG Road, right in the Shivaji Nagar area of Jalgaon. We are situated above the Khadi Gramudyog shop. It’s a very central spot, close to Tower Chowk and the Phule Market. That market is the heart of the city, so there’s always people hauling goods and shopping nearby. Being on the upper floor means it’s a little bit quieter than the street level, but you still hear the buses and the market noise. We’ve got a decent amount of space here. It’s mostly locals who come in after they’re done with their shopping. We don’t do much in the way of decoration. It’s just plain walls and sturdy tables. Running a place like this in Jalgaon means dealing with the heat, which can get pretty intense. Our fans are always on full blast. The kitchen staff stays busy with the lunch crowd. We have a routine that we’ve followed for a long time now. We buy our vegetables from the market downstairs every morning. It's a lot of walking back and forth. We don't have any corporate office or anything like that. If there's a problem, we fix it ourselves. It’s a family-run feel, even if we aren't all related. We just keep things moving and try to make sure there's enough food for everyone who walks up the stairs.
