Nishu Garden Restaurant

Our place, Nishu Garden Restaurant, is out on Faizpur Road in Yaval. We are at 51/9, right near the petrol pump and Nutan Maratha College. Being near a college means we get a lot of students coming in, especially when they have breaks between their classes. We also see a lot of people driving through on the way to Jalgaon or other towns nearby. Since we are a garden restaurant, we have some outdoor space which is nice when the weather isn't too hot. But when the Jalgaon sun really starts beating down, everyone tries to find the shade. We don't have any fancy waiters or a complicated menu. We just serve the kind of food that fills you up. My family and I run the place, so we are here from early morning until late at night. There is always something that needs fixing, like a leaky tap or a loose chair. We don't have a mission or anything like that. We just want to make sure the food is ready and the place is clean enough. Sometimes the dust from the road gets everywhere, so we are always sweeping. It's a simple business in a quiet part of the world. We appreciate the people who stop by while they are traveling. It's good to have a job that keeps you connected to the local community here in 425301. The birds in the garden get pretty loud in the evenings, but it's better than the sound of the trucks on Faizpur Road. We try to keep the plants trimmed.
