Universal Engg. Works

You can find our workshop at C-103 in the Focal Point Ext area. It is a standard industrial plot, much like many others in this part of town. We have been working from this location for quite a while now. The building itself is just a big functional space where we do all our engineering tasks. It isn't a place for meetings in fancy boardrooms. Instead, we usually talk to people right there on the shop floor or in a small corner near the entrance. It gets quite noisy when the work is in full swing, and there is usually a bit of dust or metal shavings on the floor, but that is just how an engineering worksite is supposed to look. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write glossy brochures for us. People generally hear about us from other folks in the trade who know we are here. We just try to get the jobs done as they come in and make sure everything is handled properly. Some days are longer than others, especially if we have a lot of parts to finish up. We don't make a lot of big promises; we just do the work and let that be that. It’s a straightforward way of doing things, and we’ve stuck with it for years. We just keep the doors open and keep our heads down, focusing on what needs doing today.
