Heer Engineering Works

Our shop, Heer Engineering Works, is located at No. 113 in Shiv Nagar, which is part of the Industrial Area in Jalandhar. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of small manufacturing units squeezed together. We’ve been here for quite some time now. The building isn't much to look at from the outside, just a standard industrial unit with a large metal door. Inside, it's a different story. There is always something being welded or cut. The smell of burnt metal and grease is pretty constant. We are a small team, mostly just local guys who know their way around a machine. We don't have a fancy break room, so we usually just eat our lunch sitting on whatever crates are available. Our focus is on making things that last. We deal with all sorts of metalwork. Sometimes it’s repair jobs, other times we are making things from scratch. Jalandhar is a hub for this kind of work, so there’s plenty of competition around every corner. We just try to be honest about what we can do and how long it will take. We don’t make big promises we can't keep. It's a simple way of doing business. If you walk into Shiv Nagar, you'll hear us before you see us. We start early and work until the job is done for the day. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do.
