Sudhir Tools

Sudhir Tools is located right across from the Octroi Post in Basti Sheikh. If you know the area near Gass Mandi, then you’ve probably passed us plenty of times. It’s a lively part of town, always something moving. We spend our days surrounded by tools of all kinds. It’s the kind of place where things are a bit cluttered because we actually use the space for work. You won’t find any shiny showrooms here, just shelves and boxes. Sometimes the noise from the street gets loud, but we’re used to it by now. The shop has that specific smell of metal and maybe a little bit of oil, which is normal for a place like this. We usually have a radio playing in the background, though half the time nobody is really listening to it. Neighbors drop in just to say hello or ask for a specific wrench or something they can't find elsewhere. We’ve been at this spot for a good stretch of time. Basti Sheikh has its own character, and being near the Gass Mandi means there’s always people coming and going. We don’t really do much in the way of fancy talk. We just show up, open the shutters, and see what the day brings. It’s a steady kind of life. We keep track of what we have on the shelves and try to stay organized, even if it doesn't always look that way to an outsider. It's just work.
