Our workshop is out on the Bye Pass, right along Pathankot Road. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there’s always trucks and cars rushing past. We’ve been here for a good stretch of time now. The building isn't much to look at, just a regular place where we do our engineering work day in and day out. It gets pretty dusty with all the traffic outside, but we don't mind it. Usually, we have a few guys working on various pieces of metal or fixing parts that people bring in. It's noisy work with the machines running, but that's the sound of things getting done. If you're coming from the main city, you just head towards the bypass and you can't miss us. We keep things pretty simple here. No big meetings or suits, just grease and tools. Some days are slow and we just sit outside for a bit, but other times it’s a mad rush to get a project finished by the evening. We do whatever comes our way, mostly repairs and small custom jobs for the local businesses around here. It’s a honest living. We’ve known the neighbors for years, and we all kind of look out for each other on this side of the road. Sometimes the rain makes the yard a bit of a bog, but we manage. It’s just us doing what we’ve always done. We don't have a big staff, just people who know how to use their hands and get things working.
