Lalson Industries

Lalson Industries is located at E-16 Focal Point Industrial Area in Nawan Shahir. Being in an industrial area means there are always trucks moving and a lot of dust in the air. We’ve been at this spot for quite a while now. The building is a bit grey and looks like every other factory on the block, but it’s ours. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of machinery and the sound of things being made. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. It’s just us and the machines. Nawan Shahir is a decent place to work, even if the commute can be a bit long when the main road is blocked. We show up early, turn the lights on, and get started. Usually, there’s a stack of orders on the desk that needs attention. We don't use much automation; we prefer to keep a close eye on everything ourselves. If a machine makes a weird sound, we know exactly which bolt needs tightening. It’s a practical way of living. We eat lunch together in the small break area, usually talking about the news or what’s happening in the local market. The floor is concrete and hard on the feet, so we all wear thick boots to keep safe. It isn't a glamorous life, but we take pride in making sure the parts we send out are exactly what was asked for. We just keep our heads down and work.
