G.D.Tools Pvt. Ltd. is situated at C-18 in the Sports & Surgical Complex on Kapurthala Road. It’s an interesting spot to be in, surrounded by other businesses that make all sorts of different things. Our facility is dedicated to the production and handling of tools, so there is always the sound of machinery in the background. It’s a sound we’ve grown to love over the years. The layout of the place is designed for work, with plenty of space for our equipment and a small area for the administrative side of things. Kapurthala Road is a main stretch, so getting supplies in and out is usually not too much of a problem. We have a team of people who have been with us for a long time, and we all just pitch in wherever we are needed. It’s not the kind of place where everyone stays in their own lane; we help each other out to get the day's work finished. The office part is a bit small and sometimes feels a bit cramped when we have a lot of visitors, but it works for us. We focus on the quality of what we produce rather than how the front office looks. We’re just a bunch of regular people making a living by doing something we understand well. It’s a straightforward business with no hidden agendas. We just show up, work hard, and go home to our families at the end of the day.
