Freshzone Chick Chick Farms Producer Company Limited is located in Banga, right near the Dana Mandi on the Behram Nawanshahr Road. We operate from Gurdial Chand’s shop. As you can probably tell from the name, we are in the poultry business. Raising chickens is a lot of work and it never really stops. You have to be there every day to check on them, feed them, and make sure the sheds are at the right temperature. It can get pretty smelly and loud, but that’s just the nature of the job. We are a producer company, meaning we are a group of farmers who joined up. Being near the Dana Mandi is helpful because that’s where a lot of the local trade happens. We aren't a big industrial operation, just a local group trying to do things right. Sometimes we have issues with the birds or the feed prices go up, and we have to figure it out together. The shop is a good place for people to stop by and talk to us. We don't spend money on fancy ads or anything. We just focus on the birds and the daily chores. It’s a lot of early mornings and late nights, especially when new chicks arrive. It’s practical, earthy work. We are just trying to keep the farm running and get our products to the local market. There is no secret to it, just keeping everything clean and fed. It’s a job we know well.
