You can find Single Agriculture at Roopra House, which is right in the Main Bazar of Shahkot. Being in the main market means there is always something going on outside. It’s a lively place with people coming in from the surrounding villages all day long. Roopra House is an old building that has been around for a while. We’ve set up our office there to stay close to the heart of the town. The stairs are a bit steep, and the rooms aren't exactly huge, but they serve the purpose. We don't have air conditioning that works all the time, so we keep the windows open when it's hot. You can hear the sounds of the bazaar—horns honking and people shouting—all through the day. It’s a bit chaotic, but we like it. We aren't the type to have polished floors or glass walls. Everything here is simple and used. We spend our time talking to people who drop by and handling our daily chores. Shahkot Main Bazar is the kind of place where everyone knows everyone. We fit right in. We don't follow a strict corporate schedule. We just open up in the morning and stay until the work is finished. It’s a honest way to spend the day at Single Agriculture in Shahkot.
