D. K. Chemicals

Our place is located at Plot No. 171 in the V. P. O. Warayana area. D. K. Chemicals has been based at this plot for a good long while now. It is more of an industrial spot than a shop where people just walk in off the street. We handle a variety of chemical supplies that other businesses or local farms might need for their own operations. Being out in Warayana gives us the space we need to store everything safely. The site itself is very basic. We have a storage area for the drums and a small corner where we handle the paperwork and the phone calls. It isn't the sort of place you would come to for a tour or anything like that. We spend most of our time moving containers and making sure everything is labeled right. It is heavy, physical work and you have to be careful with the materials we handle. We aren't a big multi-national corporation, just a local supplier trying to keep our customers satisfied. The village is usually quiet, but we stay busy with trucks coming in for pickups. Sometimes the dust from the unpaved parts of the road gets into everything. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure our containers are sealed properly before they leave. It is a straightforward job and we have been in this community long enough to know it well and recognize the locals.
