Kohinoor India Ltd.

Our facility is located in Basti Bawa Khel, along the Kapurthala Road. It’s an older area with a lot of history, and we have been a part of it for a long time now. Kohinoor India Ltd. is a large operation, but it still feels like a local place to those of us who work here every day. The gates are massive and there is a constant stream of workers coming in for their shifts. Inside, the buildings are sprawling and filled with the hum of large-scale production. Even though it is a big company name, the daily reality is just about hitting the numbers and making sure the machines are oiled. We don't have a polished corporate culture where everyone uses big words. We just talk about the day's tasks and who is doing what. The yard is always cluttered with pallets and raw materials. It can get quite hot in the summer, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. We’ve seen the neighborhood change around us, but the way we do things stays pretty much the same. It’s a lot of responsibility keeping a place this size running smoothly, but we take it one day at a time. We don't spend much time on promotional stuff. We just focus on the output and making sure the trucks are loaded before the evening.
