D.M. Engg. Corpn.

You can find D.M. Engg. Corpn. over at W P 119 in Manjit Nagar. We are right across from the Ramlela Ground in Basti Sheikh. It is a good landmark because everyone in this part of town knows where the ground is. Our workshop is a bit old and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works perfectly fine for what we do. We handle engineering jobs, mostly repairs and making small metal parts for machines. The workbench is usually covered in scrap metal and tools. We don't have a secretary or a fancy lobby. If you walk in, you’ll probably find one of us with a wrench in hand or working at a machine. It gets a bit dusty because of the ground across the street, especially when there’s a big event going on over there. We just keep the doors open to let the air in and keep working. We’ve been doing this for a long time and we know the machines inside out. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon and we have to wait around, but that’s just part of living in this neighborhood. We don’t try to act like a big company. We are just local guys who know how to build and fix things. We take the work as it comes and try to get it out the door.
