Vedsharma Snacks (Opc) Private Limited

We are located in Shiv Goraksh Nagar, over in the Malviya Nagar area of Jaipur. It’s more of a residential neighborhood, which we like because it’s a bit quieter than the main city center. Our place at P.N. 160-B is where we handle the Vedsharma Snacks business. It’s an OPC, so it’s a small operation, mostly run by just a couple of us. We spend a lot of our time figuring out which snacks people are buying the most of lately. The kitchen area gets really warm when we are testing out new batches of namkeen. We aren't some big brand you see on every billboard. We are just local people making snacks that we’d eat ourselves at home. Sometimes the neighbors come by to see what smells so good. We have to be careful with the storage because the humidity can ruin a whole batch of snacks if we aren't paying attention. It’s a lot of trial and error, honestly. Some days a batch comes out perfect, and other days we have to start over because it didn't crunch right. We don’t have a fancy delivery fleet, just a small van and some local guys who help us get the bags out to the shops. It’s a decent living and it keeps us busy. We just want to make sure the bags are full and the taste is right for everyone who buys them.
