The Creative Gallery

The Creative Gallery is over at E-71 in Swarnkar Colony, which is a part of Nehru Nagar. It’s a smaller shop compared to the big malls, but we like it that way. The walls inside are covered with all sorts of things we’ve put up over time. There isn't a lot of floor space, so you have to be careful not to knock anything over when you walk around. We spend our mornings cleaning the glass and making sure everything looks okay on the shelves. It’s a quiet neighborhood for the most part, though you get the occasional scooter buzzing by outside. We have a workbench in the back where we do most of the real work, and it’s usually a mess of tools and bits of material. Sometimes people from the colony stop by just to chat for a bit, and we don't mind that at all. It feels more like a local hangout than a strict business. We don't have a big team or a corporate structure. It's just a couple of us making sure things get done. The lighting inside is a bit dim because the windows are small, but it makes the place feel cozy. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just open the doors every morning and see what the day brings in terms of work and visitors. It is a simple way to spend the day.
