You can find Chitralekha Harish Arts over at Mansarovar Thadi Market 9. It is a small place but it is packed with all sorts of things. We have paintings leaning against the walls and stacks of art supplies everywhere you look. It is not the most organized shop in the world, and there is usually a bit of wet paint somewhere that you have to watch out for. We spend our days working on different art pieces or helping people find the right brushes and colors for their own projects. The Thadi Market is a very local spot, so we get a lot of students from the nearby schools and colleges coming in. They are usually looking for affordable supplies or some advice on a project they are working on. We have been here for a good while and have seen the market grow and change around us. The lighting in the shop isn't great, but it works for what we do. We do not have a big marketing budget or anything like that; people usually just hear about us from their friends or walk past while they are shopping for other things. It is a quiet life of making things and talking to people who appreciate art in their own way. We just keep doing what we love in our little corner of Mansarovar, even if the shelves are a bit dusty sometimes.
