Saini Arts

Saini Arts is based out of Amer Road, right in the Gandhi Puram area. If you are heading towards Jalmahal, you are basically right where we are. It’s a very busy road with all the tourists and the locals going back and forth every day. Our workshop has a bit of that Jaipur dust on everything, no matter how much we clean. We spend our days working on different pieces, and you can usually hear the sound of tools if you walk past. It’s not a quiet place, but we like it that way. The view of the water palace is just a short walk away, which is nice when we need to step out for some air. Inside, it’s a bit of a mess with supplies scattered around, but we know where everything is. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room; people just walk in and find us working in the back. Most of us here have been doing this for years, so we don't need to talk much to know what needs to be done. We just get on with it. The traffic outside never seems to stop, and sometimes it takes ages just to cross the street to get some tea. We just keep the doors open and let the breeze in while we focus on the art. It's just a regular local shop making things day by day.
