We are located over in Shri Gopal Tower, specifically in room 307. It is a busy building near Ahinsa Circle, so there is always something happening right outside our windows. Working in the food industry means we are always thinking about schedules and quality. The office is usually filled with the sound of typing and the occasional argument about which vendor is running late this time. We are not a massive corporation with glass walls and fancy art. It is just a regular office with desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up in the summer, which makes for some long afternoons, but we get through it. Most of our day is spent making sure the food products are moving through the supply chain like they should. It involves a lot of checking and re-checking lists. We have a small kitchen in the back where we sometimes try out samples, though usually, we are just making tea. The traffic around Ahinsa Circle can be pretty bad during rush hour, so most of us try to leave a bit early or stay a bit late to avoid the worst of it. We have been here for a few years now and the neighbors in the building are mostly alright. We just keep our heads down, do the work we need to do, and try to make sure everything we send out is handled right. It is a steady way to earn a living.
