We are located in the Palika Market in Sector IX of Malviya Nagar, at shops 124 and 125. Being in a market like this means we are right in the middle of the daily hustle. We sell a variety of items that people need for their homes. The shop isn't massive, but we make use of every inch of shelf space. In the mornings, it’s a bit quiet, giving us time to restock and clean up. But once the evening hits, the whole market wakes up. We see families, students, and workers all stopping by. We don't have a big corporate philosophy. We just open the shutters in the morning and wait for the first customer. Sometimes we have a chat with the neighbors who run the shops next to us. It’s a very local atmosphere. We’ve been here long enough that we know which items will sell fast and which ones will sit on the shelf for a bit. The shop is simple—just some counters, shelves, and us. We don't do any big promotions or anything like that. People know we are here, and they know what we have. It’s just a regular local shop trying to provide what the people in Sector IX are looking for. On festival days, it gets really crowded, and we’re on our feet all day, but that’s just part of being in Palika Market. We keep things simple and honest.
