Roasty Foods Pvt.Ltd. is based in the RIICO Industrial Area in Sitapura. We are at H-1-288, which is quite close to the Genpact office. Sitapura is a huge place with many factories, and we are just one of them. Our focus is on roasting and preparing different food items. The machines here are usually running all day long, making a steady humming noise. It’s an industrial setup, so we have high ceilings and concrete floors that are easy to clean. Being near the Genpact office means there are always people around, even late in the day. We have a lot of deliveries coming in with raw ingredients and trucks leaving with the finished snacks. The sun in Sitapura can be really intense, making the warehouse feel like an oven sometimes, but we just get on with it. We aren't looking to be the biggest company out there; we just want to make sure the food we roast is done right. The staff mostly comes from the nearby areas, and we’ve become a bit of a team over the years. We don't have a fancy lunchroom, just a place to sit and have tea while the machines cool down. It’s all about the production schedule here. Every day is pretty much the same: roasting, cooling, and packing.
